Each asset class is stored under conditions suited to it, and unusually large or exceptionally high-value consignments are assessed individually before we accept them.
Cover runs continuously from the moment we take possession to the moment we release your asset back to you, so there is no gap between transport and storage. Every holding is insured on an all-risks basis to its assessed value, and you can download the current insurance certificate and policy details from your client portal at any time.

Assets are held in segregated, allocated storage under your name and are never pooled with another client’s holdings. Access requires verified instruction from you or a mandated representative, every movement is written to a tamper-evident audit trail, and independent inspections are carried out on a scheduled basis with reports issued to you.
Submit a withdrawal or delivery request from your portal, specifying the assets, destination and preferred method. Once we have confirmed your identity and mandate we schedule either an escorted delivery or an in-person collection at the vault, and updated custody documentation is issued as soon as the release completes.
